Look Great without Dieting and Exercising

If you look great, you’ll feel great, right!

Just like many moms out there, my weight is something that’s always been on the back of my mind that makes me not feel too great sometimes. =)

We all know what we need to do, eat healthy and exercise right? But not all of us can just all of a sudden just cut our calorie intake in one sitting, or even put exercise in our regular schedule due to our busy lifestyle.

I’ve been reading and experimenting lately and discovered that you can look great without having to change your lifestyle (at least not right away). To feel great, we have to gain confidence on ourselves, then we can take the next step to becoming a healthier person.

The following are tips on how to look great almost instantly.

1. Update your hair style. Don’t try to be too daring. Ask your hairstylist what they think is the best cut for you.

2. Wear the right size underwear. Your underwear is what holds everything in. If your underwear is not comfortable or not the right size, it will show in your face and the rest of your clothing.

3. Wear the right size of clothes. If you think wearing a size or two larger that your actual size will make you hide your trouble spots, think again. All it’s doing is making you look big and awkward.

4. Wear heels. The right kind of footwear doesn’t only complete an outfit, but it can also make you look good. Wearing heels will make your legs look longer and give you better posture.

5. Highlight your positives. Do you have nice legs? Wear skirts. Do you have nice chest? V-necks will always look great on you.

6. Be subtle in hiding your flaws. If you’re shorter, try the wide leg or flared jeans.If you have a broad chest, avoid scoop neck tops. If you have big arms, avoid wearing tight sleeves.

7. Update your makeup. Try a current makeup color scheme. It can give you a fresher look.

After your make-over is finished, you can see how good you look. Then you can say to yourself, “Hey, if I can look this good without diet and exercise, imagine how I’d look if I try dieting and exercising a chance!”
