Driving past a Mc Donalds and a Burger King yesterday, the drive thru at the Burger King seemed pretty empty compared to the lines at the Mc Donalds. It must be the iced coffee! Who knew serving coffee with ice can make a difference to your sales? And I guess the coupons they sent in the mail for free coffee helped a bit too.

It’s just recently that Mc Donalds released their iced cofee campaign. They come in 3 flavors, regular, hazelnut and vanilla. The sizes available are 24 oz and 32 oz. The vanilla is even sugar free!

I guess it seems like every business want a piece of the coffee drinking public. Then again, why not? People drink a lot of coffee every single day. And if you think about it, why stand in line at Starbucks when you can sit in your car for a less expensive coffee with a lot more down to earth crowd at Mc Donalds.
